pPM-N-D-C-His

Mammalien expression vector with dual tags: Protein expression will be driven by a CMV promoter, with a 3x DDK-Tag at the N terminal and 6x His-Tag at the C terminal. Inserts are flanked by and can be excised using NheI and XhoI as long as inserts do not contain any internal NheI or XhoI sites. The N terminal 3x DDK-Tag is cleavable by TEV, the C terminal His-Tag is not cleavable.
