Scaligner: speed-up sequence analysis and antibody numbering

Scaligner is a tool for storing sequences in a secure repository, aligning sequences onto a scaffold (eg, germline or protein scaffold), displaying alignments and preparing lists of promising sequences.

Scaligner is an ideal tool for genomic research. It faciliates sequences analysis and long term storage of the sequence information in a secure repository, identifies Complementary Determining Region (CDR) and numbers amino acids using Kabat and IMGT schemes. It is also able to align and identify sequences on a scaffold to speed up analysis of the sequences, improve the R&D process, and support decision-marking.
