Our Money Back Guarantee

At genomics-online, we stand behind the products we sell.

Our goal is to offer researchers the highest-quality, proven research reagents. We believe that scientists should not have to waste valuable laboratory resources on poor quality, under-performing products. If you order a product from us and find that it doesn’t perform as described in the datasheet we will happily replace the product or issue a full refund for the purchase price. This is why we offer a money-back guarantee for products in the following product categories: Primer and Probes, Kits, Buffer and Reagents, Enzyme.

Note: antibodies-online guarantees sequence accuracy of all sequenced plasmids we deliver as described on the respective product page. However we do not guarantee correct expression in your experimental system. Expression is influenced by many factors that may vary between experiments or laboratories. This applies for all synthetic DNA constructs in the plasmid section.

Our reclamation processes are designed to offer a solution to our customers in a fair, expeditious, and professional manner. In return, we simply request that:

  • The product is used in a manner that is consistent with the details listed on the datasheet.
  • The protocol followed is scientifically sound, clearly documented, and properly controlled.
  • The product failure is reported to genomics-online within 90 days of the receipt of the product.
  • The customer is receptive to reasonable troubleshooting attempts by our support scientists.
  • We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you need technical support we are happy to help. You can contact us via email, LiveChat, or telephone (877-302-8632).

Note: If you do experience difficulty with one of our products, our technical support scientists will ask you to fill out a troubleshooting form so that they can get to the root of the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In order to ensure that any reclamation process is rapid, simple and fair we ask that you follow basic good laboratory practice when preparing and performing your experiments. Please review and follow basic experimental guidelines to ensure that your experiment meets the necessary criteria for scientific rigor.
