pLenti-U6-sgRNA-SFFV-Cas9-2A-Puro

Lentiviral CRISPR vector encoding a guide RNA (gRNA), plus Cas9 and a puromycin resistance marker. The Cas9 Nuclease is under the control of the SFFV promoter which should work for a vast majority of cells, except ES cells or iPS cells. The gRNA is under the control of the U6 promoter.
