pPM-C-HA
Mammalien expression vector with single tag: Protein expression will be driven by a CMV promoter, with a single Hemagglutinin Tag at the C terminal. Inserts are flanked by and can be excised using NheI and XhoI as long as inserts do not contain any internal NheI or XhoI sites. The HA Tag is not cleavable.
