pmax-dCas

Casilio mammalian expression vector for dCas9. In Casilio epigenetic editing experiments, this plasmid can be cotransfected to express dead Cas9 under control of the CAG promoter. The ORF was inserted into pmax-DEST by Gateway recombination.
